Receptionist/Office Manager Position Available
We are currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Office Manager. The position is for 40 hours per week.
Receive and process requests for appointments
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning
Monitor client correspondence via telephone and email and provide prompt response and assistance
Company secretarial duties such as filings with the Corporates Division
Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
Must be polite and friendly with the ability to establish rapport with clients
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer service skills
Ability to Maintain and guard confidentiality of all information
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Provide financial information to business owners by analyzing accounting data.
Preparation of profit and loss balance sheet and cash flow statements from books of original entry.
Reconciliation of financial data.
Implementing payroll services for new/existing businesses.
Provide guidance on costs, taxes, compliance. Tax preparation and finalization of various entity types including corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and individual tax returns.
IRS, State, Unemployment and insurance audits preparation and representation.
Compliance with new and current federal and state legislation and providing guidance to clients on same.
Compilation of financial data and assistance with reports for financing, bankruptcy, etc...
Undertake tax meetings with clients and offer guidance on compliance and other areas such as retirement planning and business forecasting.
Supervision and training of new and junior staff members.
Detailed orientated and highly motivated with the ability to work with a team and also be self-sufficient.
High level communication skills required to effectively administer client meetings and provide guidance and solutions to questions presented.
Knowledge of various industry sectors including but not limited to: construction, real estate, retail and the service industry in order to facilitate reporting requirements and advise on the appropriate entity structure for each business.
Friendly and professional manner and work ethic.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Accounting and Finance or Accounting, plus two years of prior experience as an Accountant.
